Hello friends,

This is Pariya, the leader of the Silent-Assassins. I come to you quite simply: to ask that you sign a petition with me: requesting the reinstatement of the “5 max per unit default rule” back into the CWC competition.
Clans who do not like that rule will still be able to negotiate other rules with there opponents. This being a “default” rule simply insures that no clan can go through the competition using SPAM armies.

I don't understand, CWC asked the registered players to respect the rule "5 same units max".
Where is the problem ?

they have slyly taken it out of the rules....... just like u very few even realize this has happened..... just by makign my petition public i am doing everyone a favor by bringing to light this subject.....

You want to oblige the players in the CWC competition, take 5 same units max ?

You don't want the players arrange, and find compromisings ?
That's it ?

In April, we organize 2 tourneys, THE ONE (1v1) and TWINS (2v2) (i hope to see your inscriptions ), but we 're playing with no rules.

We estimate, if you oblige to take 5 same units max, you put factions at a disadvantageous.

With "no rules", did you find an invincible army ?

i am coming up with a list of all the clans who agree to this petition.

that is what i am doing.

so far most seem to agree with me

as for you beliving you can negotiate terms.

well you can

i am arguing that this be a *default* rule were if the clans do not agree to terms then this rule is the default rule for the match.

do the saints wish to sign this petition?

now with 5 max-
benifits:
-parthia, scythia are no longer overpowered
-no one can anylonger use spam armies.... u can argue that u can still get 5 praets and 5 legions for rome and that makes em overpowered..... but u can do that with more than jsut rome.. u can do that with parthia, selic, armenia, carthage, macedon, and many more factions.... so rome is not OVERPOWERED...... not to mention that in the rules there is a limit of 2 romans max per side... so no side will be at any advantage over the other...also 5 max pretty much ensures no one can get a 15 or more cav army......well they can.... but not a very good one *winks*

negative affects:
sum factions will no longer be able to match roman inf in size..... but to tell you the trush i dont know anyone who gets more than 7 infantry anyways.... and anyone who does usually wont win anyways


benifits of no max-
-sum of the really crappy armies like thrace and spain wont be as bad as they are with 5 max

bad things:
-spam armies
-worse cav spam
- overpowered parthia armenia selucids and scythians

We are convinced to play RTW , with no restrictions for the troops.

The freedom is more important for us.
If you give rules to play, you will always see the same troops, and this game will become without interests.
